Facebook Ads Case Study
The Challenge
A long-standing client relied heavily on Google Ads to generate enquiries. When their Google Ads account became unavailable, they needed an alternative way to continue attracting new leads while the issue was being resolved. Meta Ads had never been part of their marketing strategy, so this was an opportunity to test a completely new acquisition channel.
My Approach
Rather than sending cold audiences directly to a lead generation campaign, I built a two-stage strategy designed to nurture potential customers before asking them to enquire.
I launched a series of awareness campaigns using educational videos that introduced the business, its expertise and the treatments it offered. These videos allowed me to build warm audiences based on people who had watched at least 25% of the content.
To further qualify interest, I offered a free resource, creating a second audience of people who had actively engaged with the business.
Once these audiences were established, I launched targeted lead generation campaigns exclusively to these warmer prospects. This approach reduced reliance on cold traffic and focused the advertising budget on people who had already demonstrated interest in the business.
The Outcome
After launching the lead generation campaign, the business generated 86 leads in the first month. Of those, 63 converted into paying customers.
Over the following months, I expanded the strategy into a complete Meta Ads ecosystem, with campaigns supporting each stage of the customer journey from building awareness and nurturing potential customers to generating qualified leads. This created a consistent pipeline of warm prospects who were ready to take the next step.
